At Alpro Kettering, recruiting the right people is critical to supporting site performance, operational stability, employee engagement and long-term talent development. The HR Recruiter will play an important role in attracting, selecting and supporting the onboarding of people who reflect Alpro’s values, culture and ways of working.
As HR Recruiter, you will support and deliver effective recruitment activity across Alpro, ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely, consistent and professional way. The role will focus on attracting, sourcing, screening and selecting high-quality candidates, while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. You will act as a recruitment partner to the site, building strong relationships with hiring managers, the HR team, candidates and external partners. Alongside day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will help build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, support direct sourcing activity, improve recruitment reporting and contribute to strengthening Alpro’s employer brand in the local market.
