Our Finance team is at the core of Danone, there is no area of the business that they aren’t involved in. Across the two-year programme, you’ll gain a breadth of exposure across several projects all whilst earning a starting salary of £35,000!

What can I expect on the programme?

Stepping into a variety of different areas of Finance, you’ll gain valuable experience within Performance and Reporting, Systems and Projects and Finance Control, building a solid foundation for your future career. You’ll be supported through your journey whilst taking on your own responsibilities, such as applying accounting judgment to key financial accruals.

You\’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and Ireland, including Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, enhancing your communication and project management skills.

Across each function you could be:

  • Gathering insights into our business performance and trends to add value to our reporting and road mapping
  • Completing detailed category or channel analysis by surveying the volume, net sales and profitability of each category over time and pinpointing trends
