Role Purpose
This role provides administrative and organizational support to the Senior Director Operations & their Leadership Team, alongside supporting the governance of the overall function.
This is a highly visible, and career accelerating role that will work for and with the Operations Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal assistant support to Senior Director Operation including diary management, travel and expenses and invoice management as required.
- Responsible for arranging Ops LT meetings including managing all pre-reading, attending & taking minutes, following up on outstanding actions.
- Coordinate general administrative and organisational matters, e. g. organising files; set up new starters; team holiday tracker; updating organisation charts etc.
- Coordinating function events including full team offsites, Christmas parties, and Ops LT development days.
- Helping set right priorities with the Ops LT, to ensure all critical issues are discussed and delivered upon for maximum organizational effectiveness.
- Operations Roadmap tracking and planning - collate and structure on-going business challenges, ensuring essential items are prioritized and delivered well.
- Acting as trusted right hand for handling and management of confidential information.
