Role Purpose

You’ll build and maintain fantastic relationships with the key healthcare professionals in your territory. Your passion and innovation will help to drive advocacy and execution of guidelines and pathways. This role will support our Paediatric Allergy and Faltering Growth category.

Key Activities

  • Develop, activate and monitor territory account plans aligned with the strategic priorities of the category.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and leverage key insights, including market data and KPIs.
  • Advocate for our portfolio through understanding guidelines, clinical arguments and stakeholder requirements.
  • Effective management and mobilisation of KOLs and Commercial advocates through involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings.
  • In person engagement with customers is an integral part of this role therefore, you will spend 3-4 days in the field per week meeting with customers.

This field-based role covers Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset.

About You

  • Your partnership-led approach, combined with robust negotiation influencing skills and driving HCP advocacy through clinical education of healthcare products.
  • Your strong clinical skills, or your strong healthcare sales skills.
  • Your business planning, presentation and key attention to detail.

Salary Bracket: £45,000 - £50,000. We will also provide you with a company car and fuel card.

To be considered for this role, our field-based principles mean you’ll need to be living in one of the above locations. If you're unable to relocate, we will not be able to consider your application for this role. You will also need to hold a full UK driving license and must be comfortable with regular driving to meet with your customers.
