Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the \”Automation Manager (Lüleburgaz)\” position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
As Automation Manager, you will be responsible for business contingency for Lüleburgaz Plant, which is 95% managed with a fully automatic system. You will oversee factory automation management and OT implementation, which is the first step towards digitalization. You will report to the Technical Services & Project Manager in the Industrial Department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the site automation team
- Review, upgrade, and program automation and SCADA systems in the factory
- Manage network monitoring systems, including connection, switching, and configuration
- Understand network routing and redundancy, and fix complex issues through root cause analysis
- Modify automation devices, infrastructure, and security to improve platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project delivery and automation masterplan execution
- Apply standards and collaborate with key suppliers
- Lead projects to develop and pilot automation solutions with suppliers and experts
- Diagnose and resolve simple application system issues, and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Participate in and support projects related to new application implementation
About You
- Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation management, preferably in the food industry
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Authority and credibility to lead operational teams
- Awareness of safety regulations
- Willingness to reside in Lüleburgaz
