Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the \”Assistant Food Safety Manager, Lüleurgaz\”. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
Responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing all food safety systems across the plant
- Ensuring a comprehensive food safety management system is established and effective
- Ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations/standards
- Implementing food safety procedures, instructions, and tools; maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Training personnel on food safety practices and standards
- Leading or coordinating food safety/HACCP meetings
- Conducting internal GMP and HACCP audits and following up on corrective actions
- Participating in food safety-related change management projects
- Supporting process, equipment, and method validation in line with GMP and regulatory requirements
About You
Qualifications include:
- Graduates of Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Willing to relocate to Lüleburgaz or residing there
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Deep knowledge of Food Safety Systems, HACCP, PRP, allergen control, and FSSC 22000
- Experience in risk assessments and root cause analysis within HACCP frameworks
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP, EU, MoH, MoAF)
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
- Experience in validation, verification, calibration
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Minimum 2 years in the pharmaceutical or food industry
