We're excited to be partnering with a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of infrastructure projects across the water sector. Projects range from established framework schemes to bespoke and reactive works, typically valued between £200k and £10m+, offering genuine variety in scope, complexity and duration.
This is a role for a commercially confident SQS who can operate independently, support delivery teams and protect margin while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key member of the project team, providing full commercial oversight from procurement through to final account. You'll take ownership of cost reporting, subcontract management and contractual compliance, while proactively identifying risk and commercial opportunity across your projects.
