A Tier 1 M&E contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Director to lead the delivery of high-value fit-out projects. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the operational delivery of major ME&P schemes, typically valued at £15m+. You will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale MEP projects from pre-construction through to practical completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
  • Oversee project performance, including cost control, programme management and quality
  • Build and lead high-performing delivery teams
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Drive continuous improvement across project processes and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering high-value MEP projects (£15m+)
  • Strong leadership background managing large teams and complex programmes
  • Track record of delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • HNC / HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline
