We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to support delivery on a live M&E project in Woking. This is a hands-on role overseeing mechanical works on-site, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are hit.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day mechanical site activities
- Oversee subcontractors and site labour
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications
- Drive QA, snagging, and commissioning stages
- Maintain strict health & safety compliance
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and other trades
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the M&E sector
- Background in commercial / residential projects (plant rooms, HVAC, pipework etc.)
- SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical installations
- Ability to manage programme and site teams effectively
