We are working in partnership with a leading civil engineering contractor delivering works on the Sizewell C nuclear development. They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their project team in Suffolk. This is a high-profile, long-term infrastructure scheme operating within a heavily regulated environment.
The role requires a commercially strong individual with solid NEC contract experience and a background in complex civil engineering projects.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of allocated works from early-stage cost planning through to final account. You will work closely with senior project staff, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure projects are commercially controlled, compliant and delivering value for money while maintaining required quality and safety standards.
