We are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers to join a well-established and growing contractor delivering critical infrastructure works across central Scotland. All projects are located within approximately 50 miles of Stirling, offering stability and minimal travel compared to national roles. The company operates across a range of essential infrastructure sectors and is known for its strong pipeline of work, collaborative culture, and commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and delivery. You will be joining a professional team with long‑term frameworks and repeat clients, providing genuine job security and progression opportunities.
The Role: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Projects will typically involve civils and electrical elements, including substations and associated infrastructure.
- Managing site operations from start to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Maintaining programme and quality standards
- Liaising with engineers, clients, and project teams
- Reporting progress and resolving site issues effectively
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils, substations, electrical, or installation projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site management processes
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- PAYE employment preferred
