Danny Sullivan Group is looking for an experienced SSSTS Ganger to join our team on a major new Thames Water project in the St Albans area. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, weekly pay, and the chance to work on essential water infrastructure that directly supports local communities.

Your Role as a SSSTS Ganger:

  • Supervising and coordinating site operatives
  • Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with RAMS and site procedures
  • Supporting water pipeline and utilities works
  • Monitoring health, safety and environmental standards
  • Briefing operatives on RAMS, permits and safe systems of work
  • Coordinating with site management, subcontractors and other trades
  • Reading and understanding site drawings and specifications
  • Ensuring work areas are maintained safely and efficiently
  • Reporting hazards, near misses and unsafe conditions
  • Supporting site progress and maintaining high standards of workmanship

What We're Looking For as a SSSTS Ganger:

  • SSSTS - essential
  • Gold CSCS Card - essential
  • EUSR - essential
  • Valid Thames Water Passport - essential
  • Previous experience working as a Ganger/Supervisor on water or utilities projects
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures and RAMS
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage site operatives
