We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established, tier-one infrastructure contractor on a long-term project based in Plymouth.
This is an immediate start role with an initial 8-month contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right individual.
Key Requirements:
- CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)
- PTS – mandatory
- 3 Day First Aid at Work
- Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)
- Strong IT skills – able to complete detailed daily site diaries and reports
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety, with the ability to take full ownership of site standards
- Flexible to work weekends, nights, and full shifts as required
- CISRS Basic Scaffold Inspection – desirable but not essential
Candidate Profile:
- Must be based locally in Plymouth or the wider South West area
- Proven experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor on civils or infrastructure projects
- Stable and consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Proactive, organised, and confident in leading site teams
