An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent or Project Manager to take a leading role on a high-profile UK energy infrastructure scheme. This role sits at the heart of a complex, live environment, supporting the delivery of new high-voltage cable installation along a critical transmission corridor. We are looking for someone who has delivered similar large-scale infrastructure projects and can demonstrate a consistent, steady work history on comparable schemes.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for site or project delivery on a major energy / utilities scheme
- Managing programme, safety, quality, and commercial performance
- Coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholders
- Driving progress on a technically challenging, linear infrastructure project
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or Project Manager on major civils, utilities, or energy infrastructure projects
- Direct experience on similar schemes (HV cable, power, utilities, or large linear infrastructure is essential)
- A stable employment history, showing continuity and delivery on long-term projects
- Strong leadership and site management capability in live, high-pressure environments
- Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership from day one
