Essential Requirements
- Gold CSCS Supervisor Card
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- Safety Critical Medical
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and site compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Supervising Civils operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- Managing site teams and subcontractors.
- Conducting daily briefings, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Liaising with site management to coordinate works and resolve site issues.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
