We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team for the final stages of a live construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to oversee key finishing works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations during the final phase of the project
- Overseeing groundworks activities, including the removal of stoned-up areas associated with temporary works
- Coordinating landscaping works and ensuring programme targets are achieved
- Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards at all times within a live campus environment
- Managing subcontractors, site logistics, and quality control
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and company procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Experience managing groundworks and external works packages
- Knowledge of insulated render systems would be advantageous, although not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred
