We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team for the final stages of a live construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to oversee key finishing works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations during the final phase of the project
  • Overseeing groundworks activities, including the removal of stoned-up areas associated with temporary works
  • Coordinating landscaping works and ensuring programme targets are achieved
  • Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards at all times within a live campus environment
  • Managing subcontractors, site logistics, and quality control
  • Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
  • Experience managing groundworks and external works packages
  • Knowledge of insulated render systems would be advantageous, although not essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred
