We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Foreman (GF) for ongoing highways and civil engineering works in the Radlett area.
Rate: £25.44 PAYE
This role involves general highways construction supervision and subcontractor management, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Managing subcontractors on highways works
- Coordinating site activities and programme delivery
- Ensuring full health & safety compliance
- Reading drawings and planning works
- Reporting progress to site management
Requirements:
- CSCS Gold Card (Essential)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Essential)
- Right to Work in the UK (Essential)
- Proven experience as a General Foreman
- Strong background in highways / civils projects
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
