An established Building Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its growing team in Peterborough. You'll be trusted to:
- Lead mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
- Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Coordinate procurement activities and resource planning
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Monitor project costs and support commercial objectives
- Oversee commissioning, snagging and project close-out activities
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

- Experience delivering mechanical building services projects
- A background working for an M&E or Building Services contractor
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical systems
