Technical Services Manager (Mechanical Bias) Newmarket, South East England £400 per day Leading M&E Contractor An established M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager with a strong mechanical bias to support the delivery of a major project based in Newmarket. This position will play a key role in managing the technical delivery of mechanical building services packages from design coordination through to commissioning and handover, ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme, specification and client expectations. Working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors, the successful candidate will oversee technical coordination, design management and installation compliance across the full project lifecycle.
