Project Overview

We are recruiting Mechanical Construction Managers for a major new build data centre project in Saunderton. This is a fast-paced scheme with approximately 300 operatives on site, requiring strong coordination, leadership, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical construction activities across the project
  • Oversee Health & Safety compliance on site
  • Maintain and drive high-quality standards
  • Lead look-ahead planning and coordinate daily site activities
  • Order and manage materials and plant
  • Manage subcontract packages and ensure performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mechanical construction management
  • Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
  • Data centre experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Must be able to commute to Saunderton (driving required)
