An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Lead to join a leading MEP Building Services contractor delivering some of the UK's most prestigious commercial, healthcare, life sciences, data centre and residential developments.

This role will see you take ownership of BIM delivery across multiple projects, working closely with Design Managers, Project Managers, consultants and site teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality digital project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the BIM strategy and digital delivery across multiple MEP projects.
  • Manage the production, coordination and review of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health BIM models.
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project standards and digital workflows.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure fully integrated building services solutions.
  • Lead clash detection reviews using Navisworks and coordinate design resolution meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and client BIM requirements.
  • Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and document control procedures.
  • Work closely with Design Managers, Project Managers and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review consultant and subcontractor models to ensure quality, accuracy and buildability.
  • Support project delivery through design coordination, technical reviews and model validation.
  • Mentor and support BIM Coordinators and junior team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital construction methodologies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator or Digital Construction Manager within an MEP or Building Services contractor.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
  • Excellent understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Level 2 and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.
  • Experience coordinating complex building services projects from design through to construction.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
