The Role
The Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation packages on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day mechanical site activities
- Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist installers
- Ensure mechanical works are delivered in line with programme requirements
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance across all site activities
- Coordinate with project management, design teams, and other trades
- Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging processes
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
- Support commissioning activities and project handovers

Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the M&E / Building Services sector.
