I'm currently working with an award-winning MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors.
This role would suit someone with proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages and managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing mechanical packages through the full project lifecycle
- Leading project teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
- Managing procurement activities and project reporting
- Client-facing responsibilities including progress meetings and stakeholder management
- Working closely with commercial, design, and site delivery teams
- Overseeing commissioning and project handover processes
What They're Looking For:
- Experience working for an MEP contractor or main contractor delivering building services packages
- Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects
- Strong mechanical building services knowledge
- Commercial awareness and programme management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant mechanical/building services qualifications beneficial
