Labourer

What You’ll Do (Full training provided) * Load bitumen into customer tankers and operate pumping systems * Assist with depot and site maintenance activities * Follow risk assessments, safety procedures, inductions and toolbox talks * Accurately complete paperwork and use computer systems * Work closely with depot staff and support additional operational tasks What We’re Looking For (Entry-level role) * Industrial or hands-on experience preferred but not essential * Basic computer skills and a strong awareness of Health & Safety (training provided) * Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work shifts * Able to reliably access Avonmouth for early and late shifts What We Offer * Full training and ongoing development * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (buy/sell available) * Generous pension and life assurance (x4 salary) * Flexible working policy * Fully funded professional qualifications * Employee benefits platform: discounts on cars, holidays, cinema, restaurants & more
