Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting for 2 x Information Controllers to support a major UK energy infrastructure programme across the North West and North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering nationally significant transmission and energy projects, with the potential for permanent employment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs)
  • Track information deliverables against project milestones and programme requirements
  • Manage document workflows, approvals, revisions and audit trails
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, naming conventions and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate information submissions and maintain accurate records of exchanges
  • Monitor approvals, comments and outstanding actions
  • Produce regular reporting on information delivery performance
  • Maintain document registers, metadata and version control across project systems
  • Support information accessibility through project landing pages and guidance materials
  • Provide user support and guidance on systems, workflows and information requirements
  • Liaise with project teams, designers, subcontractors and client representatives
  • Support audits, assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in Information Control or Document Control within construction, engineering, utilities or infrastructure
  • Knowledge of information delivery planning and tracking processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Experience working with Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Experience using systems such as Viewpoint, ACC or similar platforms is desirable
  • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Location: North West / North Wales

Hours: 45 per week

Contract: Long-term temporary role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position
