We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Ganger / Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term civils and groundwork project based in Lavant, PO18. This Groundworks Ganger role will involve leading a 3-man groundwork team and working closely with plant operatives on a busy site. The successful Groundworks Supervisor will have strong experience overseeing daily groundwork operations and coordinating teams efficiently.
Duties will include:
- Installing concrete paths
- Small diameter pipework
- Supervising groundwork activities on site
- Leading a groundwork team
- Working alongside plant operators and site management
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or Groundworks Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable and able to commit to long-term work
