We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dozer Driver to join a long-term construction project in the Tilbury area. This is an ongoing opportunity for a skilled operator with strong experience operating GPS-controlled dozers. The successful candidate must be reliable, safety-conscious and able to demonstrate a solid track record on major construction or civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating dozers safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out earthworks, grading and levelling
- Operating GPS-controlled Dozer systems
- Working to site plans, levels and specifications
- Completing daily plant checks and reporting any defects
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Working effectively alongside groundworkers and other plant operators
Requirements
- CPCS Blue Card - Dozer OR NPORS with CSCS Logo
- Valid plant operator medical
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience operating a Dozer
- Strong GPS Dozer experience is essential
- Good understanding of construction site safety
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Strong, up-to-date CV demonstrating relevant experience
