Administrator to join its busy Rail Division.

The Role
Working as part of the administration team, you will provide essential support to the Rail Division, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of maintenance and construction contracts.
This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Rail Division.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and project documentation.
- Producing reports and updating information using Microsoft Office applications.
- Assisting with contract administration and document management.
- Supporting operational teams across multiple site offices when required.
- Ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures.
About You
- Previous office administration experience is essential.
- Experience within construction, facilities management, property, or a similar sector is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using databases and managing data is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
