Dozer Operator - Bulk Earthworks - £29 PHR (CIS/UTR) | Long-Term HS2 Opportunity (Aylesbury Area) Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting experienced Dozer Operators to support major bulk earthworks operations on the HS2 high-speed rail project in the Aylesbury area. This is a long-term opportunity for skilled operators to work on large-scale cut and fill activities, earthmoving operations, material movements, and ground preparation works on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. Your Role as a Dozer Operator Operate dozers safely and efficiently across large-scale earthworks operations Carry out bulk earthworks, cut and fill, grading, levelling, and material placement Operate GPS machine-controlled dozers to achieve required levels and tolerances Work alongside earthworks supervisors, engineers, surveyors, and other plant operators Complete trimming, profiling, grading, and ground preparation activities to specification Move and spread materials efficiently across site Follow site drawings, specifications, RAMS, and daily work instructions Carry out pre-start checks and report any defects or issues with the machine Maintain a high standard of health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times Work as part of a wider earthworks and civils team to maintain productivity and programme Follow all HS2 and site-specific safety procedures and requirementsWhat We're Looking For as a Dozer Operator Valid CPCS or NPORS Dozer ticket Proven experience operating dozers on major earthworks or civil engineering projects Strong experience in bulk earthworks, cut and fill, grading, and material placement Experience operating GPS machine-controlled dozers is highly desirable Experience working on major infrastructure projects preferred Good understanding of construction site health and safety requirements Able to work effectively as part of a large site team Reliable, punctual, and available for long-term work Safety Critical Medical (or willingness to undertake) Right to work in the UKWhat You'll Get as a Dozer Operator £29 per hour (CIS/UTR) Weekly pay Long-term ongoing work Opportunity to work on the HS2 project Career-enhancing experience on one of Europe's largest infrastructure schemesWhy Apply?
