CSCS Multi-Skilled Operative - £16.75 per hour PAYE Long-Term Work | M5 Junction 10 Improvements Danny Sullivan Group is looking for experienced CSCS Multi-Skilled Operatives to join the M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme, a major highway infrastructure project being delivered in partnership with Gloucestershire County Council and National Highways. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work in Cheltenham, working on a major UK infrastructure project with weekly pay. The Details Role: CSCS Multi-Skilled Operative Location: M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Rate: £16.75 per hour PAYE Working Pattern: 10 hours per shift Pay: Weekly Duration: Long-term / ongoing About the Role as a CSCS Multi-Skilled Operative As a CSCS Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support the site team across a range of construction and civil engineering activities, helping to maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment across the project. Your duties will include: Carrying out a range of general construction and civil engineering duties Assisting skilled tradespeople and site operatives as required Loading, unloading and moving materials around site Supporting site preparation and construction activities Assisting with deliveries and movement of materials Carrying out basic construction tasks within your skills and training Using hand tools and basic equipment where trained and authorised Supporting groundworkers and other site trades where required Assisting with site set-up, maintenance and general housekeeping Maintaining clean, tidy and safe work areas Assisting with waste removal and site clearance Working safely around plant, machinery and construction traffic Identifying and reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses Following all site health & safety procedures Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need: Valid CSCS Card Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Operative on a construction, civil engineering or infrastructure site Experience carrying out a range of construction or site-based tasks Good understanding of construction site health & safety Experience working around plant, machinery and construction materials Good communication skills Reliable and punctual approach to work Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site teamExperience working on major highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
