CSCS Labourer - £14.50 per hour PAYE Long-Term Work | M5 Junction 10 Improvements Danny Sullivan Group is looking for experienced CSCS Labourers to join the M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme, a major highway infrastructure project being delivered in partnership with Gloucestershire County Council and National Highways. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work, working on a major UK infrastructure project with weekly pay. The Details Role: CSCS Labourer Location: M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme, Gloucestershire Rate: £14.50 per hour PAYE Working Pattern: 10 hours per shift Pay: Weekly Duration: Long-term / ongoing About the Role as a CSCS Labourer As a CSCS Labourer, you will support the site team with general construction duties and help maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment across the project. Your duties will include: Carrying out general labouring duties across the construction site Assisting skilled tradespeople and site operatives as required Loading, unloading and moving materials around site Supporting site preparation and general construction activities Assisting with deliveries and movement of materials Maintaining clean, tidy and safe work areas Assisting with site set-up and maintenance Supporting groundworkers and other site trades where required Using basic tools and equipment where trained and authorised Assisting with waste removal and general housekeeping Working safely around plant, machinery and construction traffic Identifying and reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses Following all site health & safety procedures Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need: Valid CSCS Labourer Card Previous experience working as a Labourer on a construction, civil engineering or infrastructure site Good understanding of construction site health & safety Experience working around plant, machinery and construction materials Good communication skills Reliable and punctual approach to work Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site teamExperience working on major highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
