Danny Sullivan Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshall to work on a long-term construction project based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. This is a secure site, therefore all candidates must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ continuous employment history to meet site access requirements.
The Role as a CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshall:
- Banking and guiding plant and vehicle movements on site
- Managing site traffic flow to ensure safety of operatives and visitors
- Coordinating deliveries and ensuring safe entry/exit procedures
- Maintaining clear communication with plant operators and site teams
- Ensuring all vehicle movements comply with site Health & Safety regulations
- Monitoring pedestrian walkways and segregating traffic where required
- Reporting any hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices
- Assisting with general site duties when required
Requirements as a CPCS A73 Traffic Marshall:
- Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal Card (essential)
- Previous experience in a Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman role
- Minimum 3 years’ employment history required (essential for RAF base access)
- Strong understanding of construction site safety and traffic management
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
