SENIOR ESTIMATOR London | £90,000 - £100,000 + Package A leading M&E building services contractor is strengthening its pre-construction team and is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its London operation. This is a senior appointment within a business with an established reputation for delivering technically complex building services and a growing presence within the data centre and mission-critical market. The successful individual will sit at the centre of the tendering process, bringing together technical understanding, commercial judgement and procurement knowledge to produce robust and competitive submissions. You will be responsible for reviewing tender information, developing detailed estimates, obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations, assessing risk and identifying opportunities to improve value and competitiveness. The position also carries a strong stakeholder element, requiring regular interaction with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process. The ability to challenge information, understand technical requirements and make sound commercial decisions will be important. What we're looking for An experienced M&E Estimator with a strong understanding of building services and the commercial requirements associated with complex construction environments. You are likely to have experience within an M&E contractor, specialist subcontractor or main contractor environment and will be comfortable managing tenders from initial review through to final submission. Experience within data centres, mission-critical environments or other technically demanding sectors would be highly advantageous.
