A leading Tier 1 M&E contractor is looking to bring in a Senior Electrical Estimator to support a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects across London. This role sits within an established pre-construction team and will play a key part in winning and shaping major schemes.
The Role
- You'll take ownership of electrical tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce accurate, competitive bids.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading electrical estimating on high-value M&E tenders
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Producing detailed take-offs and cost plans
- Managing the full bid lifecycle through to submission
- Engaging with the supply chain to obtain competitive pricing
- Identifying risks, gaps and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting project teams during pre-construction handover

- Solid experience as an Electrical Estimator within an M&E contractor
- Background working on large-scale / Tier 1 projects
- Strong technical understanding of electrical building services
- Confident reading and interpreting drawings and specs
- Commercially aware with a detail-focused approach
- Comfortable dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
- Must have the right to work in the UK
