An experienced Contracts Manager is required to oversee multiple live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, profitably, on programme, and to the highest standard. You will play a key role in client management, operational delivery, programme coordination, and commercial performance across a varied portfolio of structural alteration and specialist construction schemes.
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate:
- Minimum 5-6 years' experience in a Contracts Manager position
- 8+ years' experience delivering structural alteration projects
- Previous experience working for specialist subcontractors rather than main contractors
- Proven track record delivering projects for Tier 1 Main Contractors such as Mace, Multiplex, Sir Robert McAlpine, Skanska or similar
- Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
- Experience using ASTA Powerproject programming software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
