We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Ganger / Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term civils and groundwork project based in Lavant, PO18. This Groundworks Ganger role will involve leading a 3-man groundwork team and working closely with plant operatives on a busy site. The successful Groundworks Supervisor will have strong experience overseeing daily groundwork operations and coordinating teams efficiently.

Duties will include:

  • Installing concrete paths
  • Small diameter pipework
  • Supervising groundwork activities on site
  • Leading a groundwork team
  • Working alongside plant operators and site management

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or Groundworks Supervisor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable and able to commit to long-term work
