Long-Term Opportunity at RAF Brize Norton. Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced CSCS General Operative / Cleaner to join major long-term projects at RAF Brize Norton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the Ministry of Defence's largest infrastructure investments, with work expected to continue well into 2026 and beyond. Projects include the £9 billion Ministry of Defence housing strategy, delivering 265 new-build military family homes, alongside a major airfield resurfacing and infrastructure upgrade designed to modernise critical facilities and prevent further deterioration of the UK's largest RAF station.
Your Role as a CSCS General Operative / Cleaner:
- Assist with general site cleaning, labouring and construction duties
- Support groundwork and civil engineering teams with site preparation and infrastructure works
- Load, unload, and move materials safely around site
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
- Assist tradespeople and plant operators as required
- Follow all site instructions and health & safety procedures
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and near misses immediately
- Work efficiently as part of a busy construction team to keep projects on programme
What We're Looking For as a CSCS General Operative / Cleaner:
- Valid Green or Blue CSCS Card
- Previous experience working on construction or civil engineering sites preferred
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
