CSCS Escort Driver - £14.65 per hour PAYE plus Overtime Rates Long-Term Opportunity at RAF Brize Norton Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Escort Driver to join major, long-term construction and infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant Ministry of Defence infrastructure projects, with ongoing work expected throughout 2026 and beyond. Projects include the £9 billion Ministry of Defence housing strategy, delivering 265 new-build military family homes, alongside major airfield resurfacing and infrastructure upgrades designed to modernise critical facilities at the UK's largest RAF station. Working Pattern 7 days on / 2 days off or 12 days on / 2 days off Pay Rates - PAYE £14.65 per hour PAYE - Standard Rate £18.31 per hour PAYE - Overtime after 10 hours £19.48 per hour PAYE - Night Rate (7pm-7am) £21.98 per hour PAYE - Weekend Rate Weekly pay Your Role as a CSCS Escort Driver As an Escort Driver, you will be responsible for safely escorting vehicles, deliveries and site traffic around the project, ensuring movements are carried out safely and in line with site and MOD procedures. Your responsibilities will include: Escorting vehicles and deliveries safely around the site Assisting with the safe movement of construction traffic Guiding vehicles through designated routes and restricted areas Supporting the safe movement of plant, deliveries and abnormal loads where required Communicating with drivers, site teams and traffic management personnel Monitoring vehicle movements and ensuring site traffic rules are followed Assisting with traffic management and vehicle access arrangements Maintaining awareness of pedestrians, plant and other site traffic Carrying out vehicle checks where required Keeping access routes clear and reporting any hazards Following site health & safety procedures at all times Reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses immediately Supporting the wider site team when required Following all site, health & safety and MOD procedures What We're Looking For To be considered for this role, you should have: A valid CSCS Card A full UK driving licence Previous experience as an Escort Driver, Traffic Marshal, Banksman or similar site-based role Previous experience working on a construction or civil engineering site Good understanding of construction site health & safety Confident driving and manoeuvring around busy construction environments Good communication skills A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude The ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team Experience working on large construction, infrastructure or MOD projects is advantageous Pay & Benefits £14.65 per hour PAYE Enhanced rates for overtime, nights and weekends Weekly pay - reliable and on time Long-term, ongoing work Work on nationally significant MOD infrastructure projects Consistent opportunities throughout 2026 and beyond Opportunity to gain valuable experience on a major, secure construction site Important Site Information Security clearance requirements may apply due to the military environment Candidates must complete all required site and security inductions before starting Copies of relevant qualifications, identification, right-to-work documentation and an email address will be required prior to commencement Additional onboarding and security requirements may apply in line with MOD site procedures Why Apply?
