Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a major infrastructure project at RAF Brize Norton. This is an excellent opportunity to support one of the Ministry of Defence's largest infrastructure investment programmes, with an initial contract of 2 months+ and the potential for extension. Projects at RAF Brize Norton include the Ministry of Defence housing strategy, delivering new-build military family homes, alongside major airfield resurfacing and infrastructure upgrades designed to modernise critical facilities at the UK's largest RAF station.
Your Role as an Administrator:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site management team
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and filing systems
- Process timesheets, delivery notes, and other project paperwork
- Input and update information on internal systems and spreadsheets
- Coordinate meetings, site inductions, and appointments where required
- Answer telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with ordering office supplies and managing site documentation
- Support compliance by ensuring required records and certificates are maintained
- Liaise with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
- Follow all site health, safety, security, and environmental procedures
- Work efficiently as part of the project team to support the smooth running of site operations
What We're Looking For as an Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, engineering, or a busy office environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated attitude
- Previous experience working on a construction or MOD site is advantageous but not essential
