Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS or NPORS Dumper / Roller Driver to work across the Bristol area, supporting a variety of long-term repair and remedial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled plant operator looking for secure, ongoing work with a leading UK contractor.
Your Role
- Operating forward tipping dumpers and ride‑on rollers safely and efficiently
- Supporting groundworks, repair, and remedial works across site
- Assisting with material movement, backfilling, and compaction activities
- Working closely with groundworkers and site supervisors to maintain project progress
- Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting any defects
- Following all site health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Assisting with general site duties when required
- Maintaining plant in a clean and safe working condition
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within programme requirements
What We're Looking For
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller ticket (essential)
- Previous experience operating dumpers and rollers on construction, highways, utilities, or civil engineering projects
- Experience working on repair and remedial works is desirable
- Good understanding of site health and safety requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety‑conscious attitude
- Good communication skills
