As an HSEQ Manager, you will support multiple projects to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems. Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, you will work closely with site teams to identify risk, improve standards, and drive continual improvement across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HSEQ leadership and advice to site teams and Advisors
- Line manage and mentor HSEQ Advisors
- Promote occupational health and wellbeing initiatives
- Conduct site inspections, audits and performance monitoring
- Lead and review accident and incident investigations
- Produce HSEQ statistics, alerts and performance reports
- Deliver HSEQ briefings, training and site standâdowns
- Support quality control and "Right First Time" initiatives
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the business
Essential:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Strong HSEQ experience within civil engineering or infrastructure
- Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills
- CSCS Safety Professional Card
- Strong commitment to HSEQ best practice
Desirable:
- IOSH membership
- CEnv / Associate ISEP
- Level 3 AET / PTTLS
- Working towards NEBOSH Diploma
