Job Description
The Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects under a major Southern Water framework.\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Civil Engineering and Infrastructure contractor working on a £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership across the South of England. With projects spanning water treatment, wastewater systems, and clean water upgrades, the successful candidate will help ensure digital construction and BIM standards are consistently delivered across the framework.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nCoordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities across design and construction phases on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.\\nEnsure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650, and support the implementation of the Common Data Environment (CDE) across all live projects.\\nAct as the point of contact for BIM-related matters across project teams, supporting information flow between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.\\nMaintain and update project models, ensuring version control, clash detection, and model federation procedures are correctly applied.\\nDeliver training and upskilling sessions to project stakeholders to ensure consistent BIM adoption.\\nLiaise with Information Managers and Design Leads to ensure data and models meet project requirements, including client deliverables and handover criteria.\\nSupport ongoing audits and quality checks to ensure digital models align with project goals and contractual requirements.Qualifications & Experience:\\n\\nSolid understanding and practical application of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 processes across live infrastructure projects.\\nExperience coordinating BIM within a Tier 1 contractor or on complex, multidisciplinary design and build schemes – water sector experience preferred.\\nProficient in the use of industry-standard BIM tools and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Viewpoint for Projects, AutoCAD, and CDE platforms.\\nAbility to understand and manage user access permissions, workflows, and document control procedures.\\nStrong communication skills, with the confidence to educate teams and engage with clients and supply chain partners on BIM protocols.\\nDetail-oriented and organised with a proactive approach to digital project delivery and innovation.This role offers you the opportunity to play a central part in delivering sustainable infrastructure for over 4.7 million people across Southern England.
