We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to join one of the UK s largest infrastructure projects- This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a prestigious project Essential Requirements * Gold CSCS Supervisor Card * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) * Safety Critical Medical * Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and site compliance * Excellent communication and leadership skills Responsibilities * Supervising Civils operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme. * Managing site teams and subcontractors. * Conducting daily briefings, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. * Liaising with site management to coordinate works and resolve site issues. * Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
