We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Site Supervisor to support works on a major UK infrastructure project along the Southam to Calvert route. This is a hands-on supervisory role working within a structured site team on complex drainage packages.
The Role:
- Supervising drainage works on a live infrastructure site
- Managing operatives and subcontractors on drainage packages
- Reading and working from construction drawings and specifications
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to quality standards
- Coordinating with site management and engineering teams
- Completing daily site records, permits and briefings
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising drainage works on large civil engineering projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Background working on drainage packages (earthworks, attenuation, culverts, manholes, etc.)
- HS2 experience is highly desirable
- Valid CSCS (Supervisor or above)
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
