CSCS Groundworker - Long-Term Opportunity at RAF Brize Norton Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced CSCS Groundworkers to join major long-term projects at RAF Brize Norton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the Ministry of Defence's largest infrastructure investments, with work expected to continue well into 2026 and beyond. Projects include the £9 billion Ministry of Defence housing strategy, delivering 265 new-build military family homes, alongside a major airfield resurfacing and infrastructure upgrade designed to modernise critical facilities and prevent further deterioration of the UK's largest RAF station. Your Role as a CSCS Groundworker: Carry out general groundworks including drainage, service ducting, foundations, kerbing, and landscaping Assist with infrastructure installation and site preparation Work safely alongside plant and machinery on a busy civil engineering project Follow site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and near misses immediately Support site teams to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to programme What We're Looking For as a CSCS Groundworker: Valid Blue CSCS Card preferred Previous experience in drainage, ducting, foundations, landscaping, or general civils Strong understanding of site safety and working around heav...
