Supervisor / Foreman β Earthworks & Civils Location: Norwich β A47 Blofield We are seeking an experienced Supervisor / Foreman with a strong background in earthworks and civil engineering to join our team on the A47 Blofield project near Norwich. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage on-site activities relating to earthworks and civil engineering. Ensure works are carried out safely, to programme, and to high quality standards. Supervise operatives, subcontractors, and plant/resources. Maintain site records, reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager. Promote a positive health & safety culture across the site.Requirements: Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in civil engineering projects. Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and general civils. Valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.
