SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED – CALVERT 🚧 Location: Calvert Start Date: Immediate Rate: Competitive – DOE We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in heavy earthworks to join a major civils project in Calvert. 🔍 Essential Requirements – Do NOT apply unless you meet ALL of the following: * Proven experience supervising heavy earthworks operations (bulk dig, muck shift, ground prep, etc.) * Gold CSCS card * Valid First Aid certificate * Steady and consistent work history in similar roles – no frequent short-term roles * Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively * Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: * Daily supervision of groundworks and earthworks teams * Coordinating plant, labour, and materials * Ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times * Reporting progress and issues to site management * Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
