Recruitment Manager – Blue Collar Division Location: Harlesden, NW London Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + Company Car Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office-based (no remote working) About Us At Danny Sullivan Group, we don’t just fill roles—we build the teams that build the UK. Get the right people in the right place at the right time—every time. We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our fast-paced Blue Collar Delivery Team. If you can juggle consultants, clients, and coffee orders while keeping KPIs in check—we want to hear from you. Your Role As Recruitment Manager, you’ll lead and motivate a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants focused on the supply of blue-collar operatives across construction and infrastructure contracts nationwide. You’ll be the glue between operations, compliance, sales, and delivery—ensuring everything runs smoother than a brand-new trowel. Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership Lead, inspire, and develop a team of delivery consultants to smash targets and deliver excellence. Conduct regular 1-to-1s, training sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure team KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved or exceeded. Operational Delivery Oversee all live blue-collar recruitment campaigns and fulfilment plans. Prioritise roles based on urgency, margins, and client expectations. Champion candidate attraction, onboarding, and compliance processes. Client Liaison Act as a key point of contact for delivery-related client queries. Troubleshoot issues related to shortfalls, no-shows, or late placements. Collaborate with the commercial and account management teams to improve service delivery. Process & Compliance Maintain full compliance with industry legislation (CIS, RTW, CSCS, etc.). Implement best practices in candidate screening, onboarding, and mobilisation. Work closely with payroll and compliance teams to iron out any hiccups.What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing a delivery or blue-collar recruitment team (construction sector strongly preferred). Excellent knowledge of volume temporary labour supply. A people-first leadership style: motivating, coaching, and mentoring come naturally to you. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills—you live by the spreadsheet.
