We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor for a major highways and groundworks project with a leading UK civil engineering contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising site teams across highways and groundworks operations
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining daily site records
- Monitoring quality, productivity, and compliance with project standards
- Supporting the Site Manager with planning, problem-solving, and progress reporting
Essential Requirements:
- Highways Passport (valid)
- Valid Safety-Critical Medical
- Gold CSCS/CPCS Card
- SSSTS
- Strong background in highways, drainage, kerbing, earthworks, or general civil engineering
- Proven experience supervising teams on major infrastructure or groundworks projects
