We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering M&E projects across the Woking and surrounding areas. This role suits someone who’s comfortable running mechanical packages on site, managing subcontractors, and keeping projects moving without needing hand-holding.

The Role

  • Oversee mechanical installations on commercial / residential projects
  • Manage subcontractors and site teams day-to-day
  • Drive programme and ensure works are delivered on time
  • Maintain high health & safety standards on site
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
  • Monitor quality of works and manage snagging
