We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering M&E projects across the Woking and surrounding areas. This role suits someone who’s comfortable running mechanical packages on site, managing subcontractors, and keeping projects moving without needing hand-holding.
The Role
- Oversee mechanical installations on commercial / residential projects
- Manage subcontractors and site teams day-to-day
- Drive programme and ensure works are delivered on time
- Maintain high health & safety standards on site
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
- Monitor quality of works and manage snagging
